Mountain Wildflowers for the Relaxed Botanist July 10-12, 2015
Come spend a relaxing weekend exploring the high country's beautiful wildflowers! Veteran naturalist guide and well-known Yosemite expert Michael Ross will lead you on a guided hike through Tuolumne Meadows' spectacular summer wildflower displays. Leave the Valley crowds behind, and join us for a slow-paced, three-day quest for vibrant and beautiful flora from your base in Tuolumne Meadows. Michael will share his insider's perspective on the high country's amazing floral diversity and plant communities - from subalpine lodgepole forests and meadows, to alpine gardens. Both novice and experienced botanists are sure to enjoy this one-of-a-kind weekend of relaxing exploration. The excursion begins on Friday morning and runs through Sunday afternoon.

The Experience Package includes camping at Tuolumne Meadows Campground in Tuolumne Meadows from July 9-13. Camping is not required to participate. Park entry is also included, as needed. Upgrade your accommodations to stay at Tuolumne Lodge July 9-13, available up to 45 days prior to your trip. Information about upgrading your package will be emailed after you sign up.
Hiking: Easy to moderate; up to 4 miles a day, some off-trail
