Is my online transaction secure?

Absolutely. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information we have put in place appropriate physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our web store is hosted by a third party with credit card transactions supported by Invoices are not received until a private, encrypted, PCI (Plastic Card Security) compliant process authorizes the card.

If you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers listed at the bottom of this page.

Will I pay sales tax?

Sales tax applies to residents of California only.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We also accept personal checks and money orders for phone or fax orders. Orders paid by personal check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to: Yosemite Conservancy. Please mail the order to the address listed below.

Shipping Charges

We ship by U.S. Mail and UPS Ground. Shipping charges are based on the total pre-tax dollar amount of your order. Shipping rates are as follows:

    • 10.01-20.00 = 7.95
    • 20.01-50.00 = 9.95
    • 50.01-95.00 = 11.95
    • 95.01-125.00 = 12.95
    • 125.01-255.00 = 13.95
    • 225.00 & up = 15.95

OVERSEAS and OUT-OF-COUNTRY ORDERS: Overseas orders can be submitted via phone or fax only. Payment must be by credit card only. Click here to download an order form and fax to: (209) 379-2317 x22. For overseas orders we charge actual shipping and a handling fee of $2.00 USD. Please e-mail for international shipping rates.

Return Policy

  • All items can be returned in original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving it.
  • Shipping charges are not included in refunds unless it was a store error
  • All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip
  • Upon receipt of a return please allow 1-2 weeks to process
  • In the return package please include if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • Please include your contact information, including e-mail
  • In the case of a refund we will contact you to conform credit card details
  • If you paid by check or money order, we will send a refund check
